You will develop strength, flexibility and deep relaxation.

  • Beginner Vinyasa Yoga

    Vinyasa is a form of yoga where movements and asanas are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Enjoy strong yet mindful movement, balance, flexibility and vitality with dynamic poses. Beginner vinyasa classas are slower paced. Great for anyone wanting to learn how to flow your vinyasa practice as you take time to learn the poses, even if yoga is brand new to you!

  • Barre

    Barre class is an incredible workout technique suitable for all levels, from the new beginner to the barre enthusiast. Barre is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates that focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed for full-body strengthening as well as developing agility and flexibility. A strong, sculpted body and magnetic energy will keep you coming back.

  • Crystal Bowl Yoga

    Come enjoy an all levels yoga flow paired with a crystal bowl at the beginning and end of your practice. Enjoy the beautiful, healing sound waves and vibrations of Sarah’s crystal bowl as they guide you into your yoga practice and also at the end of your practice as you are guided into your savasana. You will leave feeling transformed!

  • Hot Vinyasa Yoga

    Are you looking for something spicy to add to your yoga practice? Lights low, music loud, room hot. Our hot vinyasa classes are ever-changing with fast-paced creative sequencing that will challenge you; fluid transitions, dynamic movement, and breathwork to invigorate the body. You will have an immersive experience every time. Recommended for the yogi that has practiced vinyasa before. Come feel the heat!

  • Beginner Power Yoga

    Beginner Power Yoga blends foundational yoga poses with repetitive movements to increase strength and flexibility. A great class for beginners who are looking to become more familiar with poses, and a great class for all yogis looking to build strength in their practice.
