  • Yin Yasa (Half Heated Vin/Half Yin)

    Flow with the Yang- a warm Vinyasa (heat added) to invigorate the body. Sink into the Yin-supported, long-held poses for deep connective tissue release + tuning into your thoughts (no heat added). YinYasa is the best of both worlds.

  • Yoga Sculpt

    A beat-driven workout designed to tone + sculpt every muscle group with weight training + creative resistance. A yoga warmup + cool down, with full body strength training + cardio bursts sprinkled throughout, all in one class. A fan FAVE.

  • Slow Flow Yoga

    Movements + asanas are linked together with the breath in a gentle, flowing sequence. Enjoy therapeutic principles, balance, flexibility + fluid transitions. Perfect for anyone wanting to flow your practice at a slower pace + experience deep relaxation. A great place to start for new clients.

  • Hot Vinyasa

    Looking for something spicy to add to your practice? Lights low, music loud, room heated to 90°. Enjoy fast-paced, creative sequencing that will challenge you; fluid transitions, dynamic movement + breathwork to invigorate the body. You will have an immersive experience every time. Recommended for the yogi that has practiced vinyasa before. (No humidity added)

  • Barre Workout

    Inspired by elements of Pilates, yoga + ballet principles, barre focuses to ignite those lower body muscles with small, intense movements that are low-impact yet push muscles to the point of fatigue. Take your workout to the next level with our classic barre burn!

  • Crystal Bowl Yoga

    Enjoy an all-levels flow paired with a crystal bowls at the beginning to guide you into your practice + at the end in your savasana. Enjoy the beautiful, healing sound waves + vibrations as you let those busy thoughts go. A great place to start for new clients.

  • Yin Yoga

    A slow, meditative practice that targets your deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments + joints. Poses are primarily seated or low on the mat + held for 3-5 minutes, allowing you to tune into your thoughts + physical sensations of your body. You will open up any blockages in your Qi (energy) + restore peace + calm to the parasympathetic nervous system.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Flow through a vinyasa practice, moving through sun salutations + sequences that flow with each breath. Ground with foundational poses to connect with your inner self. Leave feeling strong + refreshed.

  • Yoga Foundations

    All of our advanced postures build from our most important, foundational poses. Flow at an easier pace, focusing on the details to discover proper alignment + gradual progression, as you deepen your experience.
